I'll transfer administrator rights to news-discuss to the 3 news 
maintainers next week, along with instructions for editing the news page 
on the site. I'll put links to news-discuss on the Advocacy CG as well. 
The purpose of news-discuss is to post and talk about news articles 
(and/or blogs, analyst reports, etc) about OpenSolaris from around the 
world. The 3 news maintainers will manage the list and decide what news 
is ultimately posted to the top level news page on opensolaris.org.
