The website is well done and we can see the effort gone in.
Having said this, the point that Tim made probably didn't come across.
There are 2 points that you should consider,

[1] The user groups have a context and often it is the geography. The
website address should be indicative of this context.
So, the site address http://solaris-user-group.org is inappropriate
since this site is not the place for all user groups in the world (all
user groups currently use opensolaris.org infrastructure).
The name "solaris-user-group.org" gives the impression of this being
the only one for the entire world.

The project proposal was for "West Bengal Open Solaris User Group",
but I do not see any hints of this on the site.

[2] Using "solaris" in the site address, and the "sun official logo"
on the site, represents affiliation to sun, the company. Saying
Solaris is different from OpenSolaris, is not sufficient to use
"Solaris" and "Sun logo" all the content on the site.

[3] The project site mentions about sponsors (see
http://www.solaris-user-group.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=14&Itemid=43)

But you say "I donot know, how do I get Sponsorship with Sponsor our UG."

I presume a no one has sponsored as of now. Given this having such a
page on the site is inappropriate.

I believe Mr.Raju Alluri worked with you while creating the initial
project proposal.
I would strongly suggest that you work with Raju Alluri to address
some of the points made
here. It helps to have some guidance during the the initial project phase :-)

regards
Shiv
