Then the interest from Germans would be close to zero, as not many 
master the Polish language. We here (ex GDR, sharing the border with 
Poland) were forced to learn Russian in school, but almost never had the 
opportunity to learn Polish or Czech   :-(

However, high interest from out of Poland may clearly compensate such a 
decision.

That's probably the best mix.
