I basically overlooked 2008 as the conference date, so my only concern 
was that you are trying to do it too fast. If it will be Oct/Nov 2008 I 
have no problem collaborating with you.

I'm not sure however when you are saying that it will not be technical 
conference. To me OpenSolaris is all about being technical and for 
developers, could you elaborate more on what kind of audience and talks 
do you expect to be there?
