There is, in fact, an #onnv-scm channel on freenode.

(There is a sun-internal #onnv channel, however).

Planning and IRC seem to be contradictory -- it just happens.

Some other projects have both #foo and #foo-dev channels.

So we could trivially create (through usage) an #opensolaris-dev on freenode.
