Incredibly so, and you have to be prepared for people complaining about
everything you do and everything you don't do, and accept that you will

yourself.

Keith has publicly stated he is not. None of the rest of us have said
publicly.

Nominations last time consisted of mail to the OGB mailing list -
nothing much more than "I nominate ______" is needed, but the nomination
must be made and then seconded by Core Contributors.

No - we'll probably be taking nominations around February for an election
in March, assuming we follow last year's schedule.
> Do we need to have an election for all board members every election?
Yes.
> Can we require that candidates write a document outlining their

No, but you can refuse to vote for any who don't. You can see the various
