Mads beat me too this point but I'll add some more to this and with my 
+1.  I volunteered to be an admin on the jobs list and we have not had a 
single post to the list.  I have received Linked in request from 
recruiters that I really never worked with, just somehow found my resume 
on a job board.  So I vote no, until they at least start using the mail 
list and maybe show they're really interested in recruiting people 
because they are involved with OpenSolaris and not just a warm body that 
fogs a mirror.
