I have two ideas.  First we need a link to the list on a fairly 
prominent place on the website.  I don't have a specific place in my but 
right now you really have to hunt it down.  Maybe a small link on the 
main page somewhere?

Second, keep trying to convince people with in Sun to use the list.   I 
just did a key word search for OpenSolaris at sun.com's career site and 
found 156 matches.  If anyone has an email of anyone at Sun I'll be 
happy to try to convince.  Since I am community member that doesn't work 
for Sun I might be able to be more convincing.  But we shouldn't stop at 
Sun, other companies that might be interest in hiring people interested 
in OpenSolaris (like Joyent for example) should be encouraged also.
