To be catch, we need links to the jive forum and some content in it.
The better would be to have a page with policies and how-to post.

More than that, it would be great to have geographical sub-lists...I'm  
not sure we need a sub-list for France, another for Ireland, etc...but  
something like :
- Any region
   - America
   - Europe
   - Africa
   - Asia
   - ....

....and a policy to have some detail in the subject post...hum say  
[xx] if the job is located in a particular country with xx as the  
country intl code. If available, state or city  ( eg [FR/31/Toulouse]  
for France / Departement 31 / Ville Toulouse )

And the last thing I think, because I'm interested in, a flag to say  
it's not a long term job but a expert mission.
