Yeah, so I'm the "maintainer" of that page, but unfortunately I haven't
been able to update it in quite a while due to work commitments, really
sorry about that :-(

That said, I'd love to see the user-group community as a whole give a
hand in putting together that page. Anyone who runs a user group should
have editorial permissions for the advocacy pages, and would be able to
update those pages themselves -- with 56 user groups, all meeting on a
semi-regular basis, it's just too much for me to keep track of.


(and yes, it's bad I haven't put up recent ie-osug talks there either -
guilty as charged!)
