[advocacy-discuss] Opening

[Jim Grisanzio]

I'd like to open the Advocacy CG now. I think we have enough content up 
there to justify an opening. It will take some time to get the rest of 
the stuff over, but I don't want to wait any longer since we'll have to 
start sending UG proposals to the OGB, and no one can see the Advocacy CG.

So, if there are no objections, I'll flip the switch ...
