No way. There is still some land and sea aside California. Please, do
not suppose the world to be Californian-centric! :-)

If there are so many participants from the same country - and even the
same state, that's something we have to fix. We shouldn't be promoting
that at all; not even implicitly. (The current rate of Californians to
World population is ~ 1 to 188).
