Nope, me too - in fact I'm anti-mascot in general tbh.
I don't think the project needs a little cartoon character, we've
already got an excellent graphical style, through the gorgeous
vector art on the website - I'd rather see a continuation of our
existing style if possible.
[ cf. netbeans or apache - they've got some pretty
nice grown-up art, no need for cartoon characters there ]
