[advocacy-discuss] New UG Projects Open: 7/12/07

I opened the following UG projects today:

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/stl-osug/

The old pages for these groups have been hidden and will be deleted. I 
also closed the Immigrants Community and transferred leadership of the 
Content Project (the Content Project will not be deleted).

The Japan and French UGs are using their country portals as their site, 
so they will not be getting a separate UG project in this migration 
(though they can certainly have one in the future if requested/needed).
