[advocacy-discuss] Project proposal

Advocacy team,

Just curious, can OSUGs be for a vast region? Or should they be limited to a
city or metro area?

Some background:
West Bengal is a state in India (like NewYork)  and Kolkata is captial (like
Albany).

So do you suggest a WestBengal OSUG or a location specific OSUG?
