Hi ...

Good point. I'm trying to get the 3 community contributor lists merged, 
and then I was going to write up a lightweight process for us to grow 
and maintain our new contributor and core contributor lists (under the 
Advocacy CG). Under the Constitution, this is our responsibility as a 
CG. I've been tied up with the migrations, though. Something like ... 
someone proposes, gives a reason, someone else seconds, it's recorded, 
etc. Haven't given much thought to the specifics yet.
