[advocacy-discuss] Advocacy Lists and Archives Text

I put two notes on the Marketing and UG Community discussion pages 
directing people to advocacy-discuss:

If someone from the Immigrants Community can add a similar note to that 
community's discussion page that would be great. I'm not a leader there, 
so I can't edit Immigrants pages.
