That's actually the easy part. :)

It's probably my poor choice of words.
Right now the current user groups have a certain status: they are
pages/lists inside the User Group Community. Just a long list of pages.
And everyone has edit rights to everyone else's pages, and the nav bar
is all messed up and way too long. I can't even get it into alpha order
it's so long. It's a mess. It wasn't really designed for what we did,
that's all. So, when the UGs migrate to projects, they'll have a
different (and better) status: they will have their own project and only
they will have edit rights to their project. Plus, they'll have a better
URL, their own nav bar will be easier to read since it will not have
everyone else's stuff all over the place, they'll have much more
exposure in other places on the site, and all the other things that come
along with a project on opensolaris.org. It think it's a great solution,
and I think the user groups will love it.
So, just remove the word "status" then. The user groups will become
projects, whereas currently they are not.
