Great idea to get Sara to pipe up, yes. This is one of those things  
were an actual Marketing Professional might be involved. This stuff  
is actually hard, subtle and benefits from experience. I know us  
engineers are expert at /everything/ but, well, y'know...

I agree, this is a job for the Advocacy CG. The OGB is only needed if  
there's a dispute that can't be resolved. It's possible we may want  
to get ideas in the Advocacy CG, then request Sun's marketing people  
to check them out for us and commission some professional artwork,  
and then have an OpenSolaris-wide Contributor vote to choose between  
the options that would actually work.
