These can be used during some local events.
-10 for giveaways like laptop.
These are suitable when the sponsor has lotsa money to splurge. Big
draw for events like "SUN Tech Days". Not suitable for the workings of
the UG. I say so since benefits are NOT realized by this act apart
from the high it causes at the time of the draw.
For a target of 50 new OSUGs it would be 50* $1000(1 per OSUG) = $50,000.
Nobody talks about it after the fact => doesn't help the branding.
Bounties or funding support that a UG can get on any special resource
requirements is better.
