Done - I also pulled in the "Help Marketing" page, and did minor
corrections on it to change links.

- both of these pages need more work, but they're a start.

If these are okay, I'll tweak the page order on the left to move these
up the hierarchy a bit.


Oops! I just noticed the "User Group Presos" page.

The previous talks & presentations page had presentations given at
user-groups as well as conferences, brown-bags, tutorials, etc. - could
we drop the User Group Presos page and just use this instead, since it
encompasses both?  (it'd be a pain to separate out the user-group
content from the other stuff!)
