Good point. I don't know. There is no list of Facilitators to even make 
the comparison. But it's likely that that list would be made up of 
Contributors and/or Core Contributors. Perhaps we can just use 
contributors at opensolaris.org as the Facilitators list then? I still 
think that the Facilitators need their own list because that offers the 
Members the flexibility of electing a non-contributor to be Facilitator 
as a way for that person to earn his/her way to Contributor status.
