[advocacy-discuss] Identifying Facilitators

As described below, I need to send a notification to OpenSolaris
Facilitators and Core contributors. Do we have a good way yet to
identify which Community Groups have identified their
Facilitator, and who those people are?

Great!  The only other thing I think might be needed is some notice to
the facilitators and core contributors to let them know about the new
mechanism.
