[advocacy-discuss] Advocacy CG Updates

I updated the following Advocacy CG pages:

We have some new UGs, so I added them to the grid. I also added a link 
from the main page pointing to the Contributors and Core Contributors 
page (thank you Glynn for updating that for us). And I added links from 
the front page and the discussion page to the projects/lists that 
Advocacy sponsors. Finally, I pulled out the list archive info 
(marketing, user groups, immigrants) from the discussions page and made 
a new page for that.
