[advocacy-discuss] Proposal for OpenSolaris Mentoring Program

Will it become something like an Online-University?
Or a classroom-training? Or both?
I know how expensive such courses normally are, even Sun's "cheap" web 
based trainings. Or the JavaTutor CD's.
Who of those able to succeed in that job could afford, or would be 
willing, to do that for free?

It has been a bit of work to self-study everything required to pass the 
certification exams, w/o ever having attended one of Sun's classroom 
seminars.

Among others: SCSA 9, 8 / SCNetA 9, 8 / SCSecA 9 etc.
I need a refresh in misc. areas.
Not sure, if I would ever find the time / resources, to myself 
contribute to that proposed program. Currently definitely "no". And I 
don't see any improvement, to many dumped TODO lists. And who else does 
have time nowadays?
