I think this issue is that many people know about the list. I think
that is partly due to the fact that it isn't widely advertised. I
suspect there is some conflict as to the appropriateness of the list,
as I have heard people say that stuff should stay on LinkedIn, dice,
monster, etc.

(I don't think it is integrated with Jive)
