I'm assuming you are talking about India here. Can you specify that in 
the next version of your proposal? I'm also assuming that there are no 
other OpenSolaris user groups in the area. The only reason I mention 
this is that if user group overlap in geography it's good to at least 
explore the notion of joing an existing group rather than starting a new 
group.

Phone number is not necesary. But it's a good idea to put your 
OpenSolaris user ID here as the lead for this group. What's the "Sun CA" 
for?

Can you give us a sense of the size of the student population you are 
going to engage with your group? It's just as a point of reference, 
that's all. Small point.

You may want to also add that this user group project is part of the Sun 
campus ambassador program. I know you mention it below, but I think it 
belongs here in the main description so everyone is aware. Most people 
in the OpenSolaris community will not be familiar with that program.
