I updated the leaders table and removed the "migration" column. We are 
basically done now (only 2 groups left), so there's no need to keep that 
project management info. The table is easier to read now:

I also asked Derek to replace the portals box on the front page with a 
UG box pointing to the new user group page. I'll delete the old UG 
Community next Friday as per the deadline and send a final report to the 
OGB regarding the UG migrations and the community merger.
