Hi Jim,

   It might make sense to send these notices out bi-weekly in digest
form giving stats like a list of OSUGs that were migrated during the
period, number of OSUGs migrated, total number of OSUGs
migrated till date etc.

It will convey more information rather than the current one-liners
that is prone to quickly ending up in Trash.

Just a humble opinion.
