[advocacy-discuss] A question

I have a question, regarding announced recently conference next year in
Poland. Regarding the name of the conference we thought of something
line OpenSolaris, OpenJava, OpenSzczecin, but then it occured to me,
that OpenSolaris is a trademark. Can we use it and if so, how?
