But seriously, maybe you are partially right. But how do you define 
"core value". Then please name a few here versus there. Build a 
comparison matrix. One should always be open to self-improvement, 
whether it is as private person or as whatever corporate body or even 
country. And one should be able to admit his own mistakes. That's one of 
the things "cool persons" will never grasp.

But currently I don't fully understand what you mean, please help out.
What do you propose, do you have a *concrete* action plan?

p.s. IMO Solaris has a very good name. For being one of the best / most 
stable / most mature server OS's ever designed and implemented. Every 
junior MS-Windows admin has probably at least heard of it. Do you want 
to suggest to throw this away? Or do you wanna call it "Linux"? I don't 
understand.
