Hi Rahul,

One cool point is that BeleniX liveCD boots up way quicker that Ubuntu.
Then theres all the cool technologies like ZFS, Dtrace, containers
that are a part of opensolaris.

These are a couple of strong points. If your friends are looking for a
liveCD, BeleniX wins handdown. If they are looking for something to
install, Ununtu has the benefit, mostly because of apt-get. This
situation should change with the upcoming releases of Indiana and
BeleniX.
