Let me look into this. I have not been creating forum bridges to the UG 
mailman lists all year since the bridges break constantly, jive is a 
spam magnet, we (hopefully) will replace jive, and we haven't had 
resources this past year to spend always fixing this. Advocacy has a 
very large number of lists, so I've intentionally tried to reduce the 
burden on the infrastructure team by not creating forums for everyone on 
top of mailman lists. But things are changing, so let me check in with 
the infrastructure team and get back to you. I'll be spending more time 
on website stuff this year, so this is on my list. :)
