Here in buenos aires, the package arrived at April 10th, but it hasn't been
delivered yet, because it got 'stuck' on the local Custom. 
In Fedex web site item apears like delivered in Aril 18...

We went there, trying to retrieve the package, but they claim it's for
commercial purpose, because it cointains 160 products. Even if the nominal
price of each one is one dollar they wont release it from the custom since,
according to Argentinian Law, this package is for commercial purpose. Even
if we forget about that, the local warehousing company, is asking us for 6
dollars plus taxes, for each day that the package spent on its warehouse.  
Fedex didnt warn us properly when the package arrived, so we've got that
information about 7 days after its arrival.

Is there a way that you can manage the release from the local custom?  If
you can do that, we could go there and retrieve it from the warehouse with
the proper authorization.  Otherwise the package will rot there and probably
be destroyed after some days of 'inactivity'. Thanks in advance.
