Find someone with time to update it - it's been me up till now, but I'm
swamped at the moment and about to head off on 2 weeks vacation. Any of
the advocacy leaders should be able to update that page.

The format for each row is:

I like to keep the raw html sorted chronologically, with a 2nd level
sort to group years together.

Yeah, I noticed that the other day - used to work fine. What gives? I
saw that Frequency Decoder has a newer version of the table-sort
javascript that we were using, but since we were using a local copy, it
should work fine.
