I'm all for it! I live in Pittsburgh and looked into starting a user but 
never hooked up with enough people to get things going.

There is a Cleveland user group already 
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/cle-osug/ but I don't know if they 
even met yet. We might be able to work with them to get things started.
