Right, but when you click that link it takes you to a pretty anonymous  
and generic sun.com comment form where it's not clear who is receiving  
it, how fast they will react and how much of what information you need  
to provide. Not very obvious or friendly, I can understand why Victor  
would not have seen or used it.
