Hi,
my name is Constantin Gonzalez and I work at Sun Microsystems in Munich,
Germany. I'm also a member of the German Unix User's Group (GUUG) of which
Wolfgang Stief is the chair.
We'd like to start a Munich OpenSolaris User Group. Here is the formal data for
the proposal:
Name: Munich OpenSolaris User Group (MUCOSUG)
Initial participants:
- Wolfgang Stief, w.stief, http://de.opensolaris.org/viewProfile.jspa?id=4168
- Constantin Gonzalez, constant,
http://de.opensolaris.org/viewProfile.jspa?username=constant
Description:
The Munich OpenSolaris User Group (MUCOSUG) is planning to hold it's first
meeting on January 12th, 2009 at the Sun office in Munich during the monthly
System Administrator's Guild (SAGE at GUUG) meeting. We hope to find an initial
set of members for MUCOSUG out of the SAGE at GUUG members plus othere interested
people. MUCOSUG will be multi-national and multi-lingual with it's initial goal
to bring together OpenSolaris enthusiasts in Munich, Germany together so they
can meet, exchange ideas and run projects on a local level.
Please support this user group by voting +1 on this proposal, so we can start
putting together the website and mailinglist in time for the first meeting.
Best regards and thanks,
Constantin
