A Google Group was created some time ago, but wasn't divulgate until today.
I am following the same skeleton of John's Sarasota OpenSolaris User Group :

      This user group will be based in Bélem, Para(PA), BRAZIL.We will initially organize conference,
workshop and bootcamp around town to accomplish the following to help increase awareness of OpenSolaris:

a. Conduct presentations showing how organizations can utilize OpenSolaris to reduce operating costs.
b. Conduct presentations, teaching IT Professional, students and linux fan how to use OpenSolaris, ZFS,
    IPS, and various multimedia applications in OpenSolaris.
c. Answer questions, provide help and direction to online resources in our google group BOSUG ...
