[advocacy-discuss] Advocacy Core Contributor

[Siobhan P. Lynch]

I've known Brian for years (though we've just recently reconnected due
to the NYC OS UG), and I think he 100% deserves this. Kudos to Brian
(who taught me much of what I needed to know about the state of the
OpenSolaris community in one night).
