Let me asume that you are talking abut /sbin/sh and /bin/sh.
Changing this to ksh93 will break compatibility.
BTW: I vote against allowing to replace /sbin/sh by something different than a
100% compatible Bourne shell for distributions that like to use the OpenSolaris
trademark.
