Location: Bogotá, Colombia.

Project Description:

The purpose of this project is to spread and promote the use
and adoption of OpenSolaris in Colombia.

We plan to monitor the activities of nearby groups seeking
opportunities for collaborative OpenSolaris awareness and
adoption in the country.

The project will archive contributions in the OpenSolaris.org
space.

Activities:

Workshops and user group meetings, which will primarily focus
on promoting features and advantages of using an OpenSolaris
for research, development and teaching.

Also, active development of promotional activities, drawing
both upon local experience and materials already produced
by the OpenSolaris community.
