[advocacy-discuss] Contributor status

That's 3 votes in favor and since we have a project approval process of 
2 votes I think as a practical matter we can call this done. Welcome, 
Steve. :) I'll send a note to the OGB. We really should document this 
process though. I started a thread about it a while back. Next week I'll 
dig it out and take a stab at updating it.
