Thanks Brian.

I didn't vote when Stephen asked because I assume only Contributor  
votes count (or is that Core Contributor?)  I don't think the  
Constitution makes the procedure clear for Contributor (section 7.7).  
It's clearer for Core Contributor, where an existing Core Contributor  
makes a nomination and a consensus vote of other Core Contributors is  
held (section 7.8).
