Actually, I'm an idiot. Nothing really to document. It's already
documented in the Constitution in "ARTICLE VIII. Community Group Voting
Procedures" http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/ogb/governance/. The
only thing I'd add is that we should update our rolls on a weekly basis,
instead of a daily basis. That means that as we nominate/vote on people
during the week, I as Facilitator will mail the OGB at the end of each
week leading up to the election.
Our voting in Advocacy has been a bit lax but that's ok. We're friends.
:) And we've come very close to getting it right. :) But since we have a
gigantic election coming up, we should just follow the documented
process in the governance.
