I strongly support Joe being a Core Contributor in Advocacy. The growth 
of the Indian OpenSolaris community, the BeleniX distribution, and the 
Bangalore OpenSolaris User Group has been amazing, and Joe's innovative 
engineering leadership has substantially contributed to that effort.
