hey ... as I work my way though each UG list for the kits, I'd like to 
finalize the 8 groups that have not taken projects from the migration a 
few months ago or groups that have not opened their approved projects. 
Remember, if you were part of the migration, you don't have to do a 
project proposal. You are grandfathered in, and I'm happy to give you a 
project for your group. If you have sent a proposal and it's been 
approved, I'd like to encourage you to contact me to open your projects. 
There's no sense in proposing a user group project only to not open it, 
right? :)
