Hi Thiago

I'm all in favor of what you are proposing, your motivations and 
objectives are in line with what the BR community needs and is 
definitely something we can do to grow adoption.

However, I think we already have the necessary infra structure to do 
this. The Brazilian portal can host this content and is the right place 
to do so since what you're proposing will generate localized content.

In terms of mailing lists, I believe we can get a better volume of both 
users and content by using an existing (or starting a new) user group.

I'd like to hear your opinions on this, but I don't think advocacy would 
be the right sponsor or place for this project.
