[advocacy-discuss] Project proposal v2

Rafael,

So I think that the best option here is get sponsor of the two groups. BR
and Advocacy, since we're gonna publicate step by step in English and
Portuguese.

In my point of view, BR portal is the head of OpenSolaris in Brazil, and the
communites are the arms, chest,.......

I really like our option, and if we work together we can grow together!
