[advocacy-discuss] Project proposal v2

I agree that the first suggestions fits better.

Is there any way to create a new place in BR-Portal where I and the others
members of BR-Newbies can add/change the site/group? I won`t like to louse
the freedom of have a br-newbie portal where we can arrange the
posts/documentation when and the way we would prefer.
